Design We first start with meeting with you, discussing your vision and features you would like in your new home. Bring any drawings, plans or sketches that you have made and we can take it from there.
Visualize We will create some preliminary designs based on your needs and wants. Once we have a clear picture of your home, we can draw final plans.
Budget Once we have the final design, we can start creating a budget for your home. In this stage, we will discuss finish and equipment upgrades.
Finalize At this point, we will determine the final sale price of your home and make any adjustments if needed.
Build We begin construction! We work with an interior design firm that works exclusively with us and has a great relationship our vendors and subcontractors. They work with you every step of the way from assisting in picking out paint colors, through tile selection and designing your closet and much, much more
Construction – whether it’s your dream home or a commercial building it comes down to two things – timing and budgeting. Our process revolves around these two things and we pride ourselves on being on time and on-budget with all of our clients. How can we ensure our projects will be on-time and on-budget? We develop relationships not only with our vendors and sub-contractors but primarily with our clients.
